These terms govern use of the Flickersong website and IdeaBox SMS messaging service, operated by Flickersong, a sole proprietorship owned by L. Casinelli Jr., based in Summerville, South Carolina.
1. Private Use Only
The IdeaBox SMS service is a private, single-user personal productivity system. It is not a public service. Access is restricted to the operator. Unsolicited messages to this number are not permitted.
2. No Commercial Messaging
This service is not used for commercial messaging, marketing, or any form of mass communication. All messages are personal and operational in nature.
3. Opt-In and Opt-Out
Users may opt in by texting START to the service number. Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Upon receiving a STOP request, no further messages will be sent to that number. Reply HELP for assistance.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on personal use. As a single-user system, volume is low and infrequent. No recurring or scheduled marketing messages are sent.
5. Carrier Disclaimer
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Flickersong is not responsible for carrier charges incurred by the recipient.
6. Limitation of Liability
This service is provided as-is for personal use. Flickersong makes no warranties regarding uptime, availability, or message delivery. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
