The IdeaBox SMS service is a private, single-user personal productivity system. The SMS number associated with this service is not open to the general public. Only the system operator uses this service to send and receive messages.

When SMS messages are sent to or from the IdeaBox service, the following information is collected: the phone number of the sender, message content and timestamp, and delivery status metadata provided by the SMS carrier. No additional personal information is collected, stored, or shared.

Message content is used solely for personal productivity purposes — to capture, classify, and store ideas and notes for the operator's private use. Message data is stored on privately owned hardware and is not transmitted to third parties except as required to deliver the SMS service.

This service uses Telnyx (telnyx.com) as the SMS carrier. Telnyx's own privacy policy governs their handling of message metadata. No other third parties receive message content.
5. Data Retention
Messages are retained indefinitely for personal reference. The operator may delete any stored data at any time.
